BOOKING & STUDIO POLICY
Working Hours
Our studio is open from 9am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday. Appointments outside these hours may incur an "Out of Hours" fee.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required to secure all bookings, balance due in studio. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
At least 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if this notice is given. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, the deposit will be lost.
Lateness
- • Please arrive on time to avoid disruption.
- • 10 minutes late: £10 fee added.
- • 15 minutes late: £15 fee added.
- • 30 minutes or more: Appointment cancelled and deposit forfeited.
No-Shows
Failure to attend your appointment will result in full loss of your deposit.
